§ 15-5. Penalties for offenses.

Any person convicted of a violation of this chapter shall be fined not more than $250 or be imprisoned for a term of not more than 30 days, or both, such penalty to be in addition to any other remedy permitted by this chapter and by statute and not exclusive thereof.
